Research, design HVAC equipment, building systems for industrial facilities with expertise in critical pharmaceutical clean room design, energy-efficient solutions.
Perform ventilation analysis, airflow balancing, and code-compliant exhaust system design using Carrier HAP 6.2, TRACE 3D Plus, Elite CHVAC, and RHVAC load and airflow analysis software
Develop and execute project work plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling tools.
Conduct energy modeling to optimize HVAC efficiency.
Develop and manage project schedules.

Requirements:
- MS in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit (BIM) and Carrier HAP 6.2, Trace 3D plus, Elite CHVAC & RHVAC airflow analysis, and Load calc software.
- One Year of experience with pharmaceutical cleanroom HVAC systems, including ISO 7/8 cleanrooms, HEPA filtration, pressure cascades, high air-change rates, humidity control, and redundant HVAC configurations.

Research, evaluate, design mechanical equipment/systems for projects with expertise in critical equipment, utilities and process systems in compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations.
Direct load calculation using Manual J/D, Ashrae methodologies to size equipment/ductwork for system.
Conduct ventilation analysis, airflow balancing, code-compliant exhaust system design with knowledge of Heat/Mass transfer, Thermal Engineering.
Create/execute project work plans using AutoCAD.
Review & inspect reports/project records, perform engineering, safety reviews.
