300 Apartment Building, North Jersey
A new development in Northern New Jersey includes 300 residential apartments in multi-story buildings. Seva Engineering is MEP design sub-consultant to the design architect. High level project scope includes electrical service sizing with location coordination, meters locations, plumbing service sizing, waste and water designs, heating and cooling load calculations, fresh air makeup system designs, toilet exhaust systems, LED lighting, power distribution, roof drain system, etc. This project is currently under design phase and the construction is scheduled to be completed by 2023.

121 West 20th Street, Manhattan, New York
Provided MEP design for a high-end luxury apartment. The design included low profile fan coil units for heating and cooling, ventilation system, ducted comfort air, plumbing design to the custom-built fixtures, support electrical work and fire protection work. A detailed coordination was performed to coordinate with architect and structural team for “No Change Order” design goal.

120 North Montgomery Street, Montgomery, New York
Seva Engineering provided a full HVAC design for the multi-story residential building. Each unit was provided with a magic-pak type package HVAC system which provides heating, cooling and air conditioning. Each bathroom was provided with a dedicated ducted exhaust system. Ductwork layout was coordinated with the other trades to fit within the tight spaces, clear from the metal beams and joists.
Spring Hill Apartments, Monroe, New York
Seva team was retained as a lead HVAC designer for the multi story apartment building project. The scope of work included HVAC system per apartment, ducted ventilation systems, exhaust systems and coordination with electrical and architects for the layouts. A detailed load calculations and ventilation analysis was performed to size the systems.
