BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir, Edison, New Jersey
Seva team was retained as MEP design engineers and construction managers for this project. The 85,000 square feet new building included multi-use spaces such as prayer hall, assembly hall, classrooms, saint residence, priest residence, gymnasiums, offices, etc.
The project scope included high voltage electrical service upgrade, complete lighting and power distribution systems, a complete HVAC systems including twenty one (21) rooftop systems, multiple split type air conditioning systems, kitchen exhausts and makeup air systems, VAV systems, radiant floor heating, large size commercial kitchen plumbing systems, gang bathroom plumbing systems, domestic water, sanitary and storm systems. Seva team has successfully completed project management and the building is currently in operation. The project management included bid processes, contractor selection/interviews, coordination with contractors on weekly basis, everyday site presence, modifications during on-the-go coordination, etc. |

Balaji Temple & Cultural Center, Bridgewater, New Jersey
Provided MEP design for multiple sub-contract project which included new elevator system, new restroom layouts for the ADA accessibility, cooling systems in the elevator machine room, sprinkler work in the selected areas, electrical public announcement (PA) system upgrade throughout the building and related fire alarm system work.
An extensive site investigations were performed to collect existing data. Detailed design included MEP, FA and FP design drawings and specifications to meet the New York School Construction Authority's design requirements. |

Seva team is retained as a MEP coordination work for multiple buildings as the largest hindu temple in the world outside India. Seva team is heavily involved in day-to-day coordination, review of the design drawings, contractor's questions, review of the product submittals and layouts, equipment procurement coordination, developing BIM modeling from the designed CAD drawings and existing site conditions, etc.

Eastern Christian Church
Seva team was retained as a lead MEP designer for the auditorium MEP work due to ceiling removal work in the entire auditorium. The scope included removal and replacement of entire duct systems including custom size round air supply diffusers, dampers, flexible duct connections. Related plumbing and electrical design work was completed by Seva Engineering.
